About WTK

Windle Trust Kenya is a non-governmental organization in Kenya. Windle Trust Kenya is a member of Windle Trust International Federation. The Federation comprises of Windle Trust International UK, Windle Trust Uganda, Windle Trust International Sudan, Windle Trust International South Sudan and Hugh Pilkington Charitable Trust Ethiopia. Windle Trust Kenya started its operations in 1977 to assist the refugees and the needy Kenyans.

Where we work

    •Dadaab

Located in the Northeastern part of Kenya. Itís one of the largest refugee camps in the world. Windle Trust Kenya (WTK) in partner with other donors offers Education to the refugee society through local institutions of learning and also in foreign countries.     •Kakuma

Located in Northwest of Kenya. It hosts the least number of refugees. WTK implements a number of programs.These incude,(WUSC) program (World Universities Service of Canada) which assists the students to study outside the country, (GCE) program (Girl Child Education) and (ELP) program (English Language).

    •Nairobi

We implement undergraduate and post graduate studies for students who have met the entry requirements for local universities and colleges.
